Developer Day 2024: 24-Hour Global Developer Conference

notes: Developer Day 2024 was a 24-hour virtual event by Okta and Auth0.

As the Senior Media Specialist and director of developer-facing media at Okta I oversaw the production of 30+ pre-recorded sessions, dozens of ads and promo materials, motion graphic packages, 30+ static speaker cards, and post-event content.

In addition, I wrote guidelines and developed workflows and project management infrastructure the creation of 24 hours of video content to take place, worked cross-functionally with teams and individual contributors across Okta to get content created, and consulted on the website design for the event.

I also designed and physically constructed a studio space in Bellevue, Washington to capture content in-person, and traveled to other offices around the world to direct and conduct the filming of keynote segments and promo materials. Lastly, I co-managed the live event flow as the event took place.
